About Us
Mark Boggis created Cybersecurity Policy Solutions in 2014 as a vehicle to explore current and emerging cybersecurity policy issues and to provide a platform for solutions to the many challenges facing public and private organizations.
Boggis, an active duty Navy Cryptologic Warfare Officer entered service in 1991 and has held a number of cyber leadership and technical positions. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (B.A. English), the University of Maryland University College (M.S. Cybersecurity Policy), and National Defense University (M.S. Cyber Leadership). He holds certificates from the Naval Postgraduate School (2009, Information Operations), Naval War College (2015, Joint Professional Military Education), National Defense University (2016, Cyber Leadership), and Harvard University (2017, Cybersecurity). Boggis is also a graduate of the Harvard University Cybersecurity Executive Education Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
